The American president is one of the most  leaders of the world. He is the   of the army and can send soldiers to faraway places. He is the Head of   and meets with leaders of other countries. A president serves his country for four years and can only be once. Only Franklin D. Roosevelt was elected for four terms, but that happened in a time of war.



To become president you must be  in the United States and at least 35 years old. You also must have lived in the country for at least 14 years.
